House Bill 110...
King Tom Niehaus is in your "business..."
Once upon a time there was a magical place known as the Land of Geauga County. It was filled with the best of people, the most handsome and beautiful of which resided in Chester Township.
Sadly, an arrogant and callous ruler, State Senator King Tom Niehaus came along and he must have realized that he could become an important man in the eyes of the concrete lobbyist and the gravel companies. And he was sure to become good friends with the engineering consultants and so; he introduced the evil and vile Senate Bill 110.
Along came a young and dashing Knight, Sir State Senator Tim Grendell, to the rescue. Sir State Senator Tim Grendell rode his white horse through the streets of Geauga County shouting, “Senate Bill 110 is coming! Senate Bill 110 is coming!”, but to no avail. The residents of the magical place known as the land of Geauga County didn’t understand that Senate Bill 110 will compel them to install costly septic systems even if they have brand new systems. NOBODY WILL ESCAPE THE NEBULOUS REQUIREMENTS OF THE EPA. Senate Bill 110 will override our Constitution and force them to pay for warranty and maintenance contracts and of course an annual permit which could cost as much as $800.00 per year.
There should be a happy ending to this story, it can be written by the residents of Geauga County. Please..., read Senate Bill 110 and stand up to Senator Tom Niehaus, tell him to stay out of our “business”.

You are right Judy....if anyone thinks this won't affect them because thet are "grandfathered" in, they are sadly mistaken. Everyone....even those with new septic systems will be affected by the horrible S.B.110 that Senator Tom Niehaus is trying to push thru.
Everyone should be supporting Senate Bill 100 introduced by Senator Tim Grendell and support him in his fight against Niehaus.
Makes me wonder what, and how much, Tom Niehaus is getting from the concrete and gravel companies and the engineering consultants. We all know that these are the ONLY people that his bill benefits!
We should all be sick and tired of corrupt politicians and their self serving agendas that don't serve us at all! These PIGS are getting rich and fat off of us...we pay their salaries...we pay them to screw us!
