Toilet Tom Wants To Get Into
"YOUR BUSINESS" In The Bathroom
Ohio Senator Tom Niehaus (14th district), alias "TOILET TOM", who claims to be a Republican, is aggressively pushing his stinky Bill (S.B. 110) that:
- Is not at all household friendly.
- Removes local control of government, giving it to the state. Local county Health Dept. will just be figurehead forced to implement State regulations and inspections.
- Imposes State regulations that are unreasonable and irrational, causing your system to fail even if it was passed by your local county health department or even if it is brand new.
- Under State standards your septic waste will have to test equal to pure drinking water after processing.
- Could cost you up to $30,000 to replace your system to their unreasonable standards.
- Will force you to contract and pay yearly contract maintenance fees and yearly inspection fees that will total $800 yearly or more.
- Will cause great hardship and eat up alot of hard earned home equity.
- No one will be "grandfathered" in.
- Will be forced on you even if your home is not for sale.
- More big government intrusion in your life.
Why would "TOILET TOM" want to push such a dreadful Bill on hard working folks like you? Will the President of the Senate Bill Harris, the Speaker of the House Armond Budish, and Governor Ted Strickland all go along with this? No true Republican would do this, he has to be a phoney!
In whose best interest is S.B. 110, certainly not ours! Then who will it benefit? It will ONLY benefit the septic industry, concrete industry, sand and gravel industry, and the engineering consultants.
I believe it will also benefit "TOILET TOM" NIEHAUS and maybe some others. I don't know exactly how but don't tell me he is doing this being so concerned about the evironment when our septic systems, having been around for hundreds of years, have never been a problem.
These industries and their lobbyists have ways of enticing the self serving politicians in government with money, campaign contributions, gifts, trips, sex, etc.
Did "TOILET TOM" NIEHAUS take an oath to protect these businesses or to protect the people who voted him in?
Give "TOILET TOM" NIEHAUS a call, e-mail, or letter, and let him know you want his Bill (S.B. 110) flushed down the toilet and maybe he should be flushed along with it!
Please have all your friends and neighbors
read this before it is too late!
